Tacking up

what you need to tack up a horse:

  • a bridle
  • a blanket
  • a saddle
how to tack:
  1. first put the blanket on the horse.
  2.  next put the saddle over the blanket.
  3.  then tie up the girth making sure it isn't to tight or to loose.
  4.  after that put the bridle on making sure that the mouthpart is in the mouth not hurting the horse.
  5.  buckle the bridle on make sure you can fit 4 fingers in between.
  6. now take your horse out of its stable, bring down the stirrups get on by putting your left foot in the stirrup and swing your leg round to the other side, get the reins and now your ready to ride.

Riding B-P

I love horse riding its basically my passion. If you want to ride this is a good post for you. Each horse is different and you will always find a horse that suits you best, but it can change over time. Small horses tend to be faster because they are lighter and they use short quick steps. Big horses tend to be slower because they are heavy and they use long strides.
